"Over a five week period we have over seventy different entrees for dinner. Also, for lunch entrees, ,we have over thirty five lunch entrees for that five week period. With a rotating menu at our salad bar, you're not going to see the same thing three days in a row. Typically we get produce three times a week here, sometimes four. We have lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, and there are also a lot of times were have snacks, special events...we have cookies at two everyday...every month we have a tea, we have happy hour four times a week- two in one building and two in the other. When I had the opportunity to work here, I couldn't pass it up. I have more than a hundred new grandparents. Its a very social working dynamic and environment. I love being able to give the dining service and just stop and chat with my new grandparents.

We take great pride in our mouth watering dining program. We serve 3 healthy, home cooked meals a day, through what we call an “all day dining option”.

The Activities

At the Chateau, we provide 4 qualified staff members and involve all management, to design, manage, support, lead and facilitate group Activities that can tempt all different residents.

Before moving in to any retirement community or assisted living facilities, we highly recommend trying their food first. Our dining program is second to none and we guarantee that you'll love it. At The Chateau, you may come to the dining room as you please, and get exactly the meal you crave. Our fun chefs surprise our residents twice daily with a new signature soup they prepare from scratch.

The soup can always be paired with a fresh, bountiful salad from the salad bar. A choice of entrees is accompanied with an always available menu. Furthermore, we fulfill special diets and always offer an alternative diabetic Menu option.

Finally, our desert menu makes The Chateau Retirement Community the best place to visit for children and grand-children with a sweet tooth. Fresh juice, ice cream, fruit and sugar free cookies are available 24 hours a day at the Chateau Café.
