Here's how it works.

We offer three custom packages to owners and managers of senior housing and care providers. (The public can use the Web site free of charge.)

Package One. You list your community with us at no charge. Your FREE listing will supply potential customers with a great deal of detail about your community (we can help you write your description). If a client joins your community based on his/her reading of your free listing, We ask that you provide us with a $45 referral fee per unique, contactable lead.

The Video Production Package. We'll come to your community and do a top-notch job of capturing on video some of the great things about you, in the form of an interview with someone in your company serving as on-camera spokesperson. Our team is expert at capturing great moments on video in a way that's useful to potential customers - we ask great questions and help interviewees feel comfortable and happy.
We'll edit this video footage with our professional equipment, and use the tape on your page at our Web site. Here's where our skill at search engine optimization comes into play. We're good at getting search engines, such as Google, to list YOUR site FIRST when potential customers keyboard such phrases as "Assisted Living Pleasant Hill" or "Senior Living Morgan Hill."
Our fee for this package is $3,500, plus travel expenses up to a maximum of $1,000.

The Featured Community Package. We'll come to your community and capture on video three areas that speak volumes about who you are and why you're great: A) Testimonials, as provided by an on-camera spokesperson. B) Food, Service or Care! and C) Activities.
We'll edit these videos into concise five-minute or less production about your community, and we'll use this footage as the basis for three full pages about you on our site. We'll do our magic with search engine optimization, to make sure you're ranked well with Google and other search engines. We'll include a "Featured Community" banner on all three pages.
Our fee for this package is $9,595, plus travel expenses up to a maximum of $1,000.
